ScopeSnap is being built for small trade contractors who handle scope changes without a full-time project manager. A quick on-site request can become hours of extra work—and a difficult conversation about payment.

Our goal is to compare signed estimates with incoming job messages, notes, and photos, flag possible extras, and prepare evidence-backed change order drafts before the work begins. We're starting with a focused workflow for small electrical crews.

Human review is central. Contractors decide what is outside scope, verify the evidence, set their terms, and approve what gets sent. AI should support that judgment, never replace it.
